Mentally before I started training with Atomic I was really hard on myself about my body. Physically I was out of shape and in a lot of pain with my shoulder so didn’t exercise as much as I liked, I couldn’t do bench press or anything to do with shoulders without any pain.
Then I started training with Sean who taught me the correct way to do exercises and how I could work on them outside our training sessions. Now I am lifting overhead with no pain or issues, just hit a pb (personal best) with my deadlifts. I have gotten to my body weight and dress size I want to be at.
Inside the gym, Sean has made me confident in the weights area which I used to avoid and also outside the gym creating better routines for myself. Now, whenever I doubt myself Sean tells me that I have got it and it’s mind over matter. I am more confident in myself in all aspects of my life now, getting stronger and stronger
